Description: As part of Davis & Elkins College’s Strategic Plan, the Director of Annual Giving will play a pivotal role in strengthening the College’s culture of philanthropy and sustaining long-term institutional success. Charged with increasing participation and annual revenue through the D&E Fund, this role is essential to advancing the College’s mission and directly supports the Strategic Plan’s goals for financial stability, alumni engagement, and donor retention. This is a highly collaborative leadership position focused on developing and executing comprehensive annual giving strategies to drive year-over-year growth in donors, alumni participation, and overall giving.
