What does AI look like on a real prospect research and prospect management team? Matthew Hamaker (Old Dominion University) and Nikki Day (Senior Director, Advancement Insights, National Geographic Society) share how they’re using Claude day to day. Matthew will show how Claude helped build a 1,000-donor virtual engagement portfolio from Raiser’s Edge and wealth screening data, under strict data handling rules. Nikki will show the prospect management dashboards her team built with Claude, which flag what needs attention and link straight back to the database. The session includes a live demo on de-identified data, so you’ll see the real back-and-forth, guardrails included, along with time for Q&A.
