Please join Apra-Virginia on March 27th at 11:00 a.m. for a benchmark discussion session on key performance indicators for prospect development. We will discuss tracking and quantifying the impact of our work, particularly regarding leads/referrals sent to fundraisers; streamlining KPIs; and dashboards used to track KPIs. This will be a great opportunity to share and learn from your fellow prospect development professionals on the KPIs used at other institutions.
