Apra-Virginia is proud to announce that the 7th and final speaker in our spring webinar series will be Leslee Gensinger, Learning and Development Manager at Virginia Commonwealth University.
Presentation Details: Strengths in the WorkplaceHow do you take strengths to the next level? By leveraging not only your personal strengths, but those of the people around you. Strengths as a team can be used to create an environment of excellence. The StrengthsFinder focus is on what we all do best, what makes us different and the value that each team member brings to the table.
Speaker Bio: Leslee Gensinger has been a learning and development professional since 2008 with a focus on onboarding new hires and organizational and leadership development. Leslee holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications (2000) and a Master's degree in Management and Leadership (2013) from Liberty University. She is also a Gallup certified StrengthsFinder Coach, a Vital Smarts certified Crucial Conversations facilitator, and an Arbinger Institute certified facilitator for their Developing and Implementing and Outward Mindset program. Additionally, she has experience with diversity and inclusion development at Virginia Commonwealth University with the Building Inclusive Communities program through the division for Inclusive Excellence Leslee is currently working with her team in Human Resources on building out the training modules for all VCU employees and managers as they come back to campus. Leslee resides in Chesterfield, VA with her husband and two fur-babies.
