In lieu of the conference that was originally scheduled to be held at Virginia Tech in April, Apra-Virginia is excited to now offer a series of live webinars! Beginning on April 8, we will offer regularly scheduled webinars covering a variety of topics.
Current Apra-VA, DC, MD, and Carolinas members will be able to attend the webinar for free. Current Apra-VA members will have access to every webinar recording for the remainder of the year. If you are a non-member, the fee is $25 and will cover membership for the remainder of the calendar year as well.
Apra-Virginia is proud to announce that the next speaker in our spring webinar series will be Holly Weimer, Associate Director of Prospect Management at the University of Georgia.
Strategic Discussion – Stepping Away from Cleanup and Focusing on Meaningful Conversations: How we moved away from cleanup focused Prospect Management meetings and transitioned into more meaningful conversations with Development Officers about their portfolio and prospects.
Holly Weimer serves the Research and Prospect Management Team at the University of Georgia as the Associate Director of Prospect Management. With both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Accounting, Holly is no stranger to data and analytics. In her role as Associate Director, Holly has taken her interest in technology and quantitative analysis to develop new processes for the Development team at UGA. She is constantly looking for ways to utilize newly learned formulas and tricks, and believes that there is always more than one way to slice the data. Holly has been at the University of Georgia for nearly 11 years. When she isn’t building spreadsheets, Holly enjoys puzzles, sewing and crime TV.
